Shipping Policy

Every order ships with tracking - you'll get the tracking link by email the moment it's on the move.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). During peak Halloween season we work as fast as the skeleton crew allows, and we'll notify you of any delays.

Rates (United States)

• Standard shipping - $4.95, estimated 3-5 business days in transit after processing.
• FREE standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.
• Express - $15.00, estimated 1-2 business days in transit after processing.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and can vary during the Halloween rush - order early if you're decorating for a specific night.

Order changes & address issues

Need to fix an address or change a color? Email wickedwickofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible - we can usually catch an order before it ships. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
